  1. The Plant Affairs department is responsible for management, employee training, labor relations, and cost accounting.
  2. The Production Management department is in charge of production scheduling and planning, material requirement estimation, and production-sales coordination.
  3. The Resource and Finance department oversees raw material and finished goods management, vehicle dispatch, and automated warehouse maintenance.
  4. The Research and Development department is responsible for machinery and equipment, as well as product research and development.
  5. The Technical and Engineering Center handles machinery maintenance and plant planning.
  6. The Manufacturing Section is responsible for all production-related matters.
