Stakeholder Communication and Identification
Fuburg values the rights, interests, and opinions of its stakeholders. The Company provides communication channels and information on corporate development, and seeks to understand and respond promptly to the material issues of concern to stakeholders. This helps Fuburg review and improve its corporate social responsibility performance.

Stakeholder Identification
Stakeholder concerns are taken into consideration as part of Fuburg’s sustainable development responsibilities. To respond to important stakeholder opinions, the Company conducts questionnaire surveys and asks relevant departments to assess stakeholders based on the six principles of the Stakeholder Engagement Standard (SES), including responsibility, influence, proximity, strategic and policy relevance, representation, and dependency.
Through statistical analysis, Fuburg has identified its key stakeholders as employees, suppliers, government authorities, society, customers, and shareholders/investors. The Company communicates with and responds to these stakeholders regarding their reasonable expectations and interests.
