Fuburg places the prevention of occupational accidents and the protection of employee health at the core of its occupational safety and health management. Through fire safety inspections, utility equipment inspections, occupational safety and health training, health examinations, the provision of personal protective equipment, and emergency response drills, the Company works to reduce workplace hazards. External personnel entering Fuburg facilities or performing related work are also required to comply with safety, health, and operating procedures to maintain workplace safety.

For production-site operations, Fuburg continues to strengthen employees’ ability to identify risks associated with machinery operation, noise, fire safety, material handling, and other occupational hazards through machine safeguards, emergency stop devices, operating guidance, and supervisory inspections. If an occupational safety and health incident occurs, the Company follows internal procedures for reporting, investigation, corrective action, and follow-up to reduce the likelihood of recurrence.

To improve the working environment and work practices and achieve the goal of zero occupational accidents, Fuburg regularly provides employees with safety and health education and encourages all departments to effectively prevent occupational accidents and protect employee safety and health. Annual employee health examinations are conducted at the factory, while health professionals are invited periodically to provide health seminars covering healthy lifestyles, disease prevention, and care.
