Sustainability Governance
- The Administration Department is responsible for proposing and implementing the Company’s sustainability policies and related systems and reports regularly to the Board of Directors. The Company also reports annually to the Board on the implementation results of its sustainability initiatives and future action plans
- In 2025, sustainability-related matters were reported to the Board on four occasions, covering topics including greenhouse gas inventory and verification planning, progress on sustainability initiatives, and the 2024 ESG Sustainability Report.
Environmental Sustainability
To reduce energy consumption and minimize the environmental impact of production activities, the Company continues to support government policies on energy conservation, carbon reduction, and environmental protection. In addition to replacing equipment with more energy-efficient alternatives, the Company actively promotes plastic reduction in products, waste reduction, and the installation of dust collection facilities.

The Company emphasizes gender equality, protects personal dignity, and has established a Gender Equality and Workplace Sexual Harassment Complaint Committee to safeguard equal employment rights. - Occupational Safety and Health
The Company provides employees with a safe and healthy working environment and seeks to reduce the likelihood of occupational accidents through awareness programs, drills, training, and various protective measures.In 2025, the Company conducted two fire safety training drills, each lasting four hours, with a total of 85 participations.

The Company provides a toll-free customer service hotline, with dedicated personnel available to respond to consumer and customer inquiries regarding its products. A business department email contact is also available on the Company’s website to provide consumers and customers with accessible communication channels. - Management System Certifications
The Company has obtained ISO 14001 Environmental Management System certification and ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification.

Responsible Supply Chain
The Company has established the Supplier Periodic Assessment Management Procedures and conducts on-site supplier visits as needed to assess supplier suitability. Suppliers are also evaluated regularly, with the aim of maintaining long-term relationships based on mutual trust and jointly improving quality and technology.
In 2025, the Company assessed 35 raw material suppliers and 9 purchased-product suppliers.

- Social Welfare and Contribution
The Company and the Fuburg You-Yi Cultural and Educational Foundation donated hygiene products, adult diapers, and other supplies and financial support to nursing care centers, children’s homes, and dementia care associations to support disadvantaged groups and give back to society. Multiple donations were made, totaling NT$135,000. - Community Contribution and Service
The Company contributes to the local community through the maintenance of roadside convex mirrors and street cleaning. - University Internship Program
The Company has operated a university internship program since 2018, cooperating with schools on industry-academia programs and working with faculty members from relevant departments on talent recruitment. The program provides students with opportunities to gain practical corporate experience before entering the workforce and to understand business operations beyond the classroom. High-performing interns may be evaluated for transition to full-time employment.
