Fuburg protects employees’ labor rights in accordance with applicable laws and provides compensation and benefits, insurance, retirement programs, health examinations, employee activities, and training to establish a stable and supportive working environment. The Company respects employees’ right to express their views and maintains diverse communication channels to promote mutual trust and harmonious labor-management relations.

Fuburg prohibits all forms of workplace violence, discrimination, harassment, bullying, child labor, and forced labor. When employees or stakeholders raise concerns involving human rights, workplace ethics, or the working environment, the Company handles such matters in accordance with its internal procedures and, depending on the nature of the case, implements communication, improvement measures, training, or other necessary management actions.

    Fuburg is committed to maintaining open and balanced communication between employees and management and regularly holds labor-management meetings to facilitate dialogue and strengthen mutual understanding.
  2. Protecting Labor Rights and Employment Conditions
    To safeguard employment relationships and working conditions, the Company has established its Employee Transfer and Termination Procedures in accordance with the Labor Standards Act. In circumstances such as business closure, transfer of ownership, operating losses, business contraction, or when an employee is confirmed to be unable to perform the duties required for their position, advance notice of termination is provided in accordance with applicable labor laws
  3. Respect for Human Rights and International Labor Standards
    Fuburg closely monitors human rights issues and complies with applicable labor laws in the countries where it operates, providing employees with a fair and safe working environment. The Company references internationally recognized human rights principles and standards, including the International Bill of Human Rights, the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact, and the ILO Core Labour Standards.Fuburg has also established its Sustainable Development Best Practice Principles (formerly the Corporate Social Responsibility Best Practice Principles), incorporating respect for and protection of internationally recognized human rights. Parental Leave

Fuburg provides parental leave in accordance with applicable labor requirements. Employees with at least one year of service may apply for unpaid parental leave before their child reaches the age of three in accordance with the relevant gender equality and parental leave regulations, for a maximum period of two years. Upon completion of parental leave, return-to-work arrangements are made based on available positions and the employee’s preference.

In 2025, no employees took unpaid parental leave: 0 female employees and 0 male employees.

Through occupational safety and health management, employee training, health examinations, hazard prevention, and emergency response measures, the Company works to reduce workplace risks and safeguard employees’ physical and mental well-being. Employees are also encouraged to provide feedback on the working environment, occupational safety and health, and labor conditions as a reference for improving management systems and work processes.

The Company protects employees’ labor rights in accordance with applicable laws and maintains two-way communication through labor-management meetings, internal announcements, grievance channels, and human resource management mechanisms. Fuburg respects employees’ diverse backgrounds and personal dignity and opposes discrimination, harassment, forced labor, and any form of inappropriate treatment. Matters relating to employee rights, workplace safety, and human rights are handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

Fuburg values employees’ right to express their views and the protection of their rights and interests. Multiple communication channels have been established, including communication with supervisors, the Human Resources contact point, the Employee Welfare Committee, stakeholder contact channels, and internal grievance procedures. Employees who have concerns regarding working conditions, workplace interactions, occupational safety and health, sexual harassment prevention, or other rights-related matters may raise them through the Company’s internal procedures. Depending on the nature of the case, the responsible department will receive, review, and address the matter while maintaining confidentiality and procedural fairness.

Human Rights and Labor Rights Management

Fuburg’s approach to human rights and labor rights management is built on four core principles: legal compliance, respect for employees, workplace safety, and open communication. The Company will continue to review the implementation of employee communication, anti-discrimination practices, the prohibition of child labor and forced labor, workplace safety, and employee training, while progressively strengthening related records and disclosures in response to management needs.

Forced labor We do not use or support the use of forced labor, including withholding employees’ property or documents to force them to work continuously. Employees are free to enter and exit in accordance with regulations.
Health and safety
  • The company provides health services for employees, with a nurse available once a month for 2 hours and a doctor once a year for 2 hours, offering on-site or video consultation services.
  • Regulations for Plant Fire Drills and the Occupational Safety and Health Work Guidelines have been established. The company ensures a safe and healthy working environment by providing necessary fire safety lectures and practical safety and health training. Emergency response plans are also practiced periodically to prevent and reduce workplace hazards and to enhance on-site response capabilities.
    In 2025, we conducted two fire drill training sessions, each lasting 4 hours, with a total of 85 participants taking part.
Freedom of association and collective bargaining rights We respect the freedom of association and collective bargaining rights of all employees.
Discrimination The company does not engage in or support any form of discrimination based on race, social class, language, ideology, religion, political affiliation, nationality, place of birth, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, appearance, physical features, disability, astrological sign, blood type, past union membership, or any other factor.

  • Gender Equality:
    The company ensures equal pay for equal work and equal opportunities for promotion between men and women. In 2025, female employees accounted for 44% of the workforce, and women in managerial positions accounted for 41%. We have established measures, complaint channels, and disciplinary procedures for the prevention of workplace sexual harassment, providing employees, dispatched workers, and job applicants with a work and service environment free from sexual harassment. Appropriate preventive, corrective, disciplinary, and handling measures are taken to protect the rights and privacy of the parties involved.
  • Age:
    We encourage intergenerational cooperation and knowledge transfer, safeguard the employment rights of middle-aged and senior workers, and foster an age-friendly working environment. In 2025, middle-aged and senior employees accounted for an average of 18% of the workforce.
  • Race:
    All foreign migrant workers employed by the company receive not only the legally required minimum standards but also enjoy the same employee benefits and treatment as local employees.
Disciplinary measures We respect all employees and uphold their dignity. We do not engage in or support corporal punishment, mental or physical coercion, or verbal insults. We do not treat employees in a rough, inhumane manner.
