Training programs cover a wide range of areas, including new employee orientation, professional competencies, occupational safety and health, regulatory compliance, information security, ESG and sustainability awareness, and managerial capabilities.
Through internal training, external courses, on-the-job coaching, and required certification programs, the Company supports employees in strengthening their professional capabilities while contributing to Fuburg’s long-term development.
Employee performance and development management is based on annual objectives, day-to-day job performance, professional competencies, and work attitude. Supervisors conduct evaluations and provide feedback in accordance with the Company’s management system. For employees who require further improvement in performance or professional capabilities, Fuburg may provide communication, coaching, training, or performance improvement plans to clarify development priorities and monitor progress.
