- Social Welfare and Contribution:
 Through the company and the Fuburg Youyi Cultural and Educational Foundation, we have donated hygiene products, adult diapers, and other supplies to nursing centers, children’s homes, and dementia care associations, supporting disadvantaged groups and giving back to society. Multiple donations have been made, totaling NT$503,276.
- Environmental Protection:
 To reduce energy consumption and minimize the environmental impact of our production processes, the company continues to align with government energy-saving, carbon reduction, and green environmental policies. In addition to continuously upgrading to energy-saving equipment, we actively work on product plastic reduction, waste minimization, and installation of dust collection facilities. In 2024, carbon emissions were 684,750 kgCO₂e, compared to 731,203 kgCO₂e in 2023, representing a reduction of 46,453 kgCO₂e.
- Human Rights:
 We emphasize gender equality, safeguard personal dignity, and have established a Workplace Sexual Harassment Complaint Handling Committee to protect gender equality in employment.
- Community Contribution and Service:
 The company maintains a traffic safety convex mirror at the street corner near our facility and participates in street cleaning activities.
- Consumer Rights:
 We have set up a toll-free customer service hotline with dedicated staff to address consumer or client inquiries regarding our products. In addition, the company website features a business department email address, ensuring smooth communication channels for consumers and clients.
- Safety and Health:
 We provide a safe and healthy working environment for employees, implementing awareness campaigns, drills, and protective measures to reduce occupational hazards. In 2024, we conducted two fire drill training sessions, each lasting 4 hours, with a total of 89 participants.
- Environmental Certifications:
 The company has obtained ISO 14001 Environmental Management System certification and ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification.
- University Internship Program:
 Since 2018, the company has implemented a university internship program in cooperation with schools, engaging with relevant department professors to facilitate talent recruitment. We offer students a one-year internship opportunity, during which professors hold biannual review meetings with the company to maintain two-way communication between students and the workplace. This program allows students to gain corporate work experience before entering the job market, understand operational models beyond academic curricula, and provides the opportunity for outstanding interns to be evaluated and offered full-time employment after their one-year internship.
